We call it as the Salem House as referred from the novel "David Copperfield" by "Charles Dickens. This villa is slightly renovated with modern bathroom features it has a double bed, a sofa cum bed and a television to meet the modern days expectations. One can enjoy the serene nature of the sunset and the whistling of the birds sitting at the porch of the villa. You will have access to much of the 70 acres except the treehouse. You can get lost on the property because it is so large. The caretakers are available for guided tours. The structures sit on the top 2 acres. You will not have access to the older historical small portion of the house which has fragile antiques. The care taker will indicate the inaccessible portion of the home when you checkin.
