- Your reservation will be confirmed only after 100% payment on the reservation tariff. You may make 100% advance payment using the following modes.
- Online reservation facility through our website.
- Cash/Debit Card/ Credit Card/NEFT payment to our official bank account.
- Check-In time is 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM and Check-Out time is 11:00 AM
- If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and maybe chargeable by us directly.
- Cancellation or Alteration in bookings are not entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License, PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card or Passport (for foreigners).
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
- Pricing displayed in the payment gateway service integrated in our website includes only tariff of the room booking service only and not for food providing service.
Responsible Use and Conduct
- Certain information about yourself (such as identification, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process, or as part of your ability to access the premises. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our homestay premises, is strictly prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you.
- It is illegal to threaten, defame, abuse, harass, degrade, intimidate or use explicit language.
- We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that, we feel in our judgment does not comply with our Terms and Conditions.
- No playing loud music.
- Any misconduct during your stay which breaches the terms and conditions of the Homestay will be reported to the Local Police Station.
- Tipperary & Co., will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our Resources.
- Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed in the outdoors.
- Any kind of damage to be borne by you.
- While booking share exact number of guests.
- No guests allowed without prior information.
- All illegal activities are prohibited.
- Smoking inside villa is not permitted.
